Browser version of Google Earth
On Thursday Google has reveled the Browser version of it much famed Application Google Earth, so any of you guys who don’t want to download the Google Earth Application or want to use the Google Earth Application on some other PC which doesn’t have Google Earth installed you can use the Browser version of Google Earth which is being called Google Sky i wonder why the change of name for the browser version.
Google Sky will allows you to zoom in and out and browse around the celestial bodies, search for planets and galaxies and view the sky through infrared, x-ray, ultraviolet, and microwave views. It also includes galleries of some of the best photos taken by the Hubble telescope. You can also listen to podcasts and look at historical maps of the sky.g

Um, It’s called google Sky because of the sky rather than of the earth. It is completely differenct from Google Earth. Hope that clears things up.
