Download Internet Explorer 8 Beta
Microsoft has just released Beta version of the much improved Internet Explorer 8 sooner than expected you can download the Beta version right now (Download Link at the End of the Post) but beware we have heard that Internet Explorer 7 overwrites the old installation of Internet Explorer 7 or IE7, The IE8 download is available for the following systems
- Microsoft Windows Vista® Service Pack 1 (SP1),
- Windows Vista,
- Windows XP® Service Pack 2 (SP2),
- Windows Server® 2008 and
- Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
The main new features of IE8 include an interactive activities menu , Web Slices a new feature for website’s to connect to their users by subscribing to content directly within a webpage
. Web Slices behave just like feeds where clients can subscribe to get updates and notify the user of changes , Favorites Bar provided users with one-click access to their favorite sites and this new version of Internet Explorer also features automatic crash recovery feature the same that exists in Firefox. IE8 has also passed the Acid2 Test which is required for browsers so that all browsers show a page the same way so now web designers wont need to design separately fro IE and Firefox and sites will show up the same way as they do in Firefox.
I really dislike IE. Did they time this with the recent update to Firefox?

i hope this would be as easy as FF to handle.. IE7 and IE6 just doesn’t get my css right
