After the previous accusation of the domain www.blo.gs (that’s a great domain name hack) from Yahoo ! WordPress founder ( Matt ) has struck Gold once again this time its the accusation of another premium Domain WP.COM from Yahoo (again) !

WP is also a shorthand for WordPress that has been used by WordPress guys for quite a few years. When they found out that the domain wp.com was owned by Yahoo ! rather than some one else like WashingtonPost they had been trying to get hold of it since then and ultimately their efforts paid off.

What should we do with WP.com? that’s the question Matt is asking to WordPress Lovers out there, currently it only redirect to WordPress.com but its not a very good use of a great name like this. To be Honest i think they should turn WP.COM into a Micro Blogging service similar to Tumblr i think that will be the best use of the domain and in short time they will beat Tumblr !
